At Eclipse Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for online purchases within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customers may exchange an item for:
  • A different size
  • A different colour (if available)
  • An exchange code to place a new order for an alternative style

Please allow 7–10 working days for the exchange process once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The item received is damaged or defective.
• The item delivered is incorrect and differs from the item ordered.

If your return qualifies for a refund:

• Return collection will be arranged at no additional charge.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• A refund confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
• Funds generally appear in your account within 3–5 working days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in a fully resalable condition.
• The item must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Eclipse Clothing reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

Important Information

• All return, exchange, and refund requests must be initiated by contacting our customer support team before sending any item back.
• Requests made after the 7-day exchange period may not be accepted.
• Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
• Any price difference arising from an exchange must be settled before the replacement item is shipped.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

International Returns & Exchanges

For orders shipped outside Sri Lanka, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with international exchanges, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Eclipse Clothing cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges incurred during the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds for international orders will only be provided if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Eclipse Clothing.
